Had a wonderful trip to Kansas City, Mo. this past weekend for the Original Sewing and Quilt Expo. Met some very amazing new friends at the make and take table. Had an opportunity to see my friend Adri and also Carol, I miss them so very much. Unfortunately Shirleen ended up very ill, and I spent the remainder of Thursday at the show by myself, Friday my son Matthew came with me and spent the day at the show so I could teach the make and takes. Thankfully Saturday Shirleen was feeling so much better and we were able to finish out the show together. Arrived back in Michigan this morning at around 8:00am. I'm exhausted, and happy to be home.

Arrived home from my second show, this time in Minneapolis, Mn. It was great, again met wonderful friends. Debbie and Cassey were wonderful. Helped me out a few times, in which I am so greatful for. Thanks Girls!!! Sold my Tiger bracelet! And other pieces. Did lots of make and take projects. Lost 5 3/4 inches, trying out a wrap that helps to detox the body. Walked a lot! Had a wonderful time. Will be in Chicago from the 12th-15th. At the downtown Convention Center. So if you are from that area, come to The Original Sewing and Quilt Expo. It's an awesome time. Check out Chic and Sassy Designs, Shirleen and I would love to teach you some awesome beading techniques!

Chicago show was awesome!!! Met more wonderful ladies at the make and take table. The spiral bracelet was a real hit. Chicago is a very friendly City, and I'd enjoy returning.

I love my Honey so very much, and as a tribute to him, I cut up a pair of his blue jeans and made myself an awesome bracelet, with his name on it. I wear it proudly!!!

Tomorrow is my 25th Wedding Anniversary. Wow how time has passed by so quickly. I am more in love than ever, and appreciate that my Honey has been such an amazing encouragement in helping me to follow my dreams and achieve my goals. Thanks Babe!
